STOP Treating Me Like A Criminal

I am tired of Wesbank continuously contacting me to prove that i'm still insured, for the assets they financing me on. Apparently this is merely because OTHER people cancel their insurance but why the do i also have to continuously prove myself.

I have thoroughly gone through our agreement and nowhere in it does it mention that i am going to have to regularly prove that i am not a (or a criminal while at it), so why am i suddenly assumed to be one.
I called Wesbank for clarity and assistance but could not get any help as i was referred to a DirectAxis - with whom i have no agreement whatsoever.

I am insured and always will be, now stop treating me like i am stuck with you (or that you the only finance house).
