Exploitation//Corruption-Now passing the buck

I am a single black South African woman who has grown a National Company over the last 3 years... with no help whatsoever from ABSA. I have a fleet of service vehicles which amazingly enough were bought through finance with other banks (more willing to assist the entrepreneur). Now when ABSA finally decides to offer me some sort of growth - they lead to my demise! As with all business's in Durban-it appears that ABSA is just as corrupt here and many a time a 'contact' is all that is needed to be deemed one of their 'accredited/preffered' dealers. I financed a R220 000 Nissan Navara through ABSA just 2 months ago from their preffered dealer Pennylane Cars. The only paperwork I saw was the ABSA finance docs on completion of the purchase-ABSA worked directly with them. I was simultaneously sold a 'Mechanical breakdown' warrenty by ABSA to which stipulates that policy is invalid if vehicle not serviced by RMI agent. Vehicle damages are R20 000.ABSA allowed dealer to do after sale service-they not RMI or even registered to do repairs/services. They tampered with electrical too.
