A friend off mine had to give his car back to the bank in 2008. But now all off a sudden Wesbank contacted him and said he still owe them 50 000. Why now after all these years they tell him he have to pay that outstanding amount. Obvious he still have a bad record after 5 years. How does it work and how to you clear his name.
