I am extremely disappointed with Absa bank, i have tolerated their ridiculous prices and bad service over the years, but this is the last straw Absa! I tried to pay an account today just to receive a "NOT IDENTIFIED AND VERIFIED" error. Apparently they want a proof address from me. I am the customer, not YOU! How arrogant!

What I will bring you however, is a letter to close my account, my wife's account and every other person I can convince (with very little effort I might add!) to do the same.

The rental agreement, as well as the water and lights account is in my wife's name! I don't have time for this!
