Sold warranty under false pretentions

In March this year, i purchased a Motor Extender plan from Hollard at R400 a month for my Opel Corsa OPC. The above mentioned gentleman sold this policy to me. Yesterday i called the claim centre and was then informed that i am not covered for what i thought i was. I am really dissapointed in Hollard as i feel their staff is incompentent going around selling products based on facts that are not true. If anyone can assist me with this matter, it will be highly appreciated. I have all the recordings of conversations where i clearly asked various questions and according to the answers i got, YOU ARE COVERED!!! I have paid 9 installments (R3600) and if i had known this was the service i would be getting, i could have saved my money and paid for the damages myself.
