FNB TAKING MONEY WITHOUT AUTHORISATION

On 30/8/2013 an amount was deducted from my cheque acc for R1480, this happened without my authorisation. I have been trying since then to find out who was responsible, but I am always given new numbers to dial. Then nothing happened until Saturday 16/11/2013 when R 18 460 was again deducted without my authorisation. I phoned and spoke to Eric who gave me another number to dial and said I should speak to Russel. I have left messages and phoned now just to hear I have the wrong number. I would rather have someone from FNB phone me to get a settlement amount and close my account than have them my money without being able to talk to a single person to give me an explanation. I think FNB service is horrible and am trying to get my accounts closed.By word of mouth I will never give them any good references.
