I would like express my disgust towards African Bank's lack of urgency. I applied for a limit increase on my credit card and advised them that I require the funds urgently. They advised that they would get back to me within 2 to 4 hours. It is now over 24 hours and I constantly have to go back and follow up with them. This is not acceptable. They should just tell me of they don't want my business.
