WAITING PERIODS NO FEEDBACK

I applied for a home loan through ABSA everything went well and was approved however home loans requested a PENSION COLLETRAL CERTIFICATE, I was given a person who will assist me I than mailed
Anneke Oosthuizen she send me forms I completed. It was wrong and no one told me it was wrong I than mailed her requesting feedback than only did she inform me it was wrong, fine i did it again still it was incomplete
I did it again than on the 6th November she mailed me saying all's in order and from there no response nothing, home loans called me requesting an approval only an approval I mailed Anneke on the 15th November I mailed 3 times even my husband mailed her to no avile finally after stating I would log a compliant she replied stating I only qualify for R73000.00 however I need R74000.00 I said it fine please send me an approval letter so home loans may continue with my application, she than send me a mail with a waiting period of 48 working hrs and 7 working days I can't wait any longer a I need this information as its the December period and people will be going on leave and what do I say to the seller really I just need an approval why do i have to wait and week for an approva
