Nedbank
Undermined and screamed at without any help

I just came from the Nedbank branch in Maponya mall and i got the worst disturbing service from Siphiwe Minyuku, i wanted to open an investment account and this guy was so rude when i produced my temporary passport accompanied by my drivers license he then started screaming as he said he wont open an account using a temp passport, i told him that i once opened it @ fourways and never had a problem he screamed once again telling me to go to fourways because he wants an original passport. I have never felt so emberaced like thos it was as if i tried to commit. I asked him not to scream nor argue but he continued. It is unfortunate that i am now forced not to invest in the closest branch that i work at because of the indecency i experience.
At moment i feel that i dont even want to see Nedbank anymore.
