Incorrect Interest Rate

My homeloan was initially with FNB who offered me a rate of prime- 1.5 percent, I switched to Absa who offered me a rate of prime-1.8 percent, this is the only reason I switched, I noticed on my internet banking that 2 weeks ago my rate is prime - 1.3 percent which is not was in the contract that I had signed, I have phoned the call centre and they sent a letter to an incorrect email address which read that the documents were burnt in the fire, I have made numerous calls to the call centre, on the system it clearly stipulates that my interest rate was prime- 1.8 percent! this is blatent thievery and I wonder how many other clients are being robbed of their hard earned money, A consultant called me by the name of Nelson Mammabolo, he gave me his direct number 011 9713799 which I have been calling for the past two weeks but there is no reply, I have emailed him on [Email Removed] but have not received a response, if Absa does not change my interest rate and refund the money that is owed, I will be taking them to the ombud. Who knows how many other clients are being ripped off.
