I would like to submit a complaint about the service I have just experienced. Last week I have a minor accident and I phoned customer service and spoke to Lucas.
After explaining everything to him, he asked me to email him a sketch, description and a copy of my ID so that the claim can be processed. I never received even a single notification from him to say he did receive my email. My email has been seating in his inbox without being looked at.
This is not the service I am paying for.
