I have held a mobile insurance policy with TFG for a while now and have claimed once. Finrite's service has depleted significantly. I put through a claim on the 28 October 2013 due to my phone being pick pocketed the day before. I have failed to receive any contact whatsoever from Finrite since. Trying to call them is a waste of time and money. Everyday for at least 15mins at a time to no avail, no answer in more than 3hrs of calling! Ones mobile has become vital for both personal as well as business use.
It's a poor partnership with a large corporate as TFG, portraying a bad image upon them.
I am fed up, however still waiting. Impatiently.
