BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Im not a fussy customer but the kind of service i received at bedfordview (eastgate mall) 13/11/2013 was nothing but bad.

I just dont understand how a customer has to wait literally an hour just to close a savings account meanwhile its not even month end. What annoys me more is that there was only one person consulting for everything which is unacceptable worse during lunch time.

the bank closes at 3 so you cant come after work. You come during lunch, you spend your whole lunch doing just a simple thing NOT even everything you were planning on doing. when must we come than??? this is why standard bank will continue loosing customers to Capitac bank and FNB.
