Will pay if they Cant beat your currant insurance

They have all these advertisements that they will pay you R400.00 if they cant beat your currant car insurance quote. Firstly the access is almost a R 1, 000.00 more than what I am paying now. Secondly the premium is more than R 300.00 more than what I am paying now. So this tells me they need to pay me R 400.00 correct?

My only complaint is that no one have asked where they can pay the R 400.00 in or no one have phoned me back even to ask for those details.

This also happened with my mother and they also never paid her R 400.00 since earlier this year.
