I've been trying to get and update on what I owe them as I know I've fallen behind on a payment - which I only found out when I went into the branch myself to get a new card. I then thought as of the next month they would start taking their payments once again as they did before... but the didn't!! Its been 3 months and 3 emails and they still aren't taking the money and I still don't have any idea where I'm at with them! the service is disgusting! Its effecting my credit record and nobody seems to care, even when I did threaten them with hello peter in my last email... the response I got was "please give us your id number - thanks" NO acknowledgement of my situation whats so ever! I wont do business with them ever again... and I've always referred people to them as I had a good experience with getting my 1st credit card and credit history going with them. But that's all changed... I'm furious!!! I don't see why I must beg a company to take their money from my account and for a statement showing how much I owe, do they not want the money then??
