Poor And Pathetic Service

Good day

Kindly assist as it's been over 2 weeks and I was approved for a loan and no pay out was done I logged a query and was replied to very harshly advising that other client's applied before me and everyone is still waiting for payout and I want to know how does this effect me when you apply for a loan you want speedy response as u need the funds urgently

I feel that they should just keep their money and I don't want to do business with a company which cannot delieve
