RIDICULOUS CHARGES!! for reporting a card!!

My handbag was in a smash and grab and obviously all the hassle of having to replace all cards, licence, ID & passport and more, along with the feeling of losing sentimental goods is, or should be enough to deal with. But then you realise that ABSA has charged you an 'administration fee' of R104, 00 for reporting your card /lost... is that for?!?! I thank my lucky stars that I closed all my other accounts with them last year, only having a credit card to pay off and then close. ABSA is absolutely atrocious with their charges and I will never understand why they are used by so many people. It is also disgusting that the call centre agents don't inform you that there is such an exorbitant fee for this... on top of being robbed of so many other things... ABSA will never make me a happy client and I will never be satisfied with anything that they attempt to resolve, if they attempt at all in the first place. O_o :( ("-) O_o
