My d/o for my personal loan didn't go through at the end of October 2013. I have paid R500.00 of the R1150.Today a person from Customer Care / Collections phoned me enquiring. I told her that I have paid R500.00 directly into the loan account, and will pay the rest as soon as I have money available. She then wanted to confirm my details, which I refused as I have no confirmation that she was in fact phoning from FNB and she didn't listen to me at all and just went on and on and on about confirming my details.
I had to put the phone down eventually.
PLEASE HELP!
