Unwilligness to rovide written Settlement lette

Since the 6 Aug 13 we demanded for settlement amounts in writing. Numerous excuses and reasons were offered that it will be mailed, etc. Even a lawyers letter from D van Coller Inc. dated 11 Sept 13 reprimanding RCS for a settle amount in writing felt on death ears. Even making them aware that we will make use of the remedies as set out in the National credit Act did not move them apart from them continuing the monthly debit order which you dare not stop!
Nothing, is forthcoming, or any form of communication apart from the monthly statement. It appears that they are above the law and they are not fearful for punitive measurements by the authorities.
Maybe will the notice to public yield results. The lack of corporate governance by this company raise serious questions on how many others are trapped in the same paradigm with high interest rates and unwillingness to allow early settlement and be freed from the clutches of debt.
