Easy, efficient and pleasant

The Easyway assessment centre in Bryanston is a real pleasure. An assistant made me a cup of coffee and offered me biscuits and a magazine or to watch TV in the lounge. I was very comfortable and relaxed. Sibonelo who was assigned to my vehicle was quick, efficient and friendly. I can't believe I'm saying this but I was almost sad to leave the peace and air-conditioned comfort behind - but it was the most relaxation I'd had in days ha ha. No admin, no drama. Well done on an excellent approach to customer service guys!
