Following my complaint re my very difficult journey to get a U Count Card - Some from Standard Bank called me - and my card was delivered by Courier within two days. Yeay - all is well I thought - until yesterday when a second card - with a completely different number on it - arrived in the post!!! I am just wondering to which account my points are being allocated? I have sent four or five emails, posted two notices on this web site and spoken to at least four people.
Is it really worth all this trouble. I think not.
