Unbelievable going to sue

This is really unbeleivable and im going to sue standard bank and im going to carte blanche because this is day light! Your atms must be protected and safe and now we were robbed and you guys say sorry because you have put in you pin we wont pay your money back.how must you withdraw money if you dont put in pin! I want answers because im going to sue you for it and going to carte blanche! And now we have our new cardand can do nothing with Iit bacause no bank account is linked! This is ridiculous! I want answers NOW!
