Dont believe anything FNB says including the CEO

After today's incident where the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing, when I receive 3 calls from Fourways, Sandton and Bedford Gardens FNB to please come in and sign for the opening of a business account and I waste over an hour to be told that Sandton have been told not to open an account.
What a joke, I must wait until somebody come personally to see me in two weeks from FNB after i even took out a huge bond..
We started with the business on 1st November and we need to stat running with a business bank account of our own which First National Bank seem incapable of doing. The next joke is when I asked who their CEO is I was told Micheal Jordaan till end December.
The new CEO Jacques Celliers wrote to me and nothing happened just another ineffectual CEO who knows nothing about his customers or the bank.
So all their Steve advertising is rubbish and FNB are just one HUGE business, they have conned me and I have now lost R50, 000 as a result
