I've had enough

Im fed up with this time wasting I cannot go to your branch to send the same doc over and over again you do not sit in the long que just to be notified a week later that the branch did not send the doc through clear enough that is not my problem, I offered to post the doc through but what do u know theres no postal address, so you people dont get utility bills and so forth.

I will not entertain you people any longer and I hope they remove your add from the radio because its all. Wonder if you know what you are doing.
