DISHONESTLY and LYING

1stly my interest rate type has always been wrongly annotated for the past 5yrs on my quartely statements, 2ndly I have been quoted with a wrong ouTstanding balance (trying to rob and cheat me to make a decision based on thumb sucked info), furthermore its even worse that a manager signed for this document . 3rdly i'm refused a concession rate but its ok for you to rob me in broad daylight. Lastly the staff and managers are less informed, they are also liars because they do not return calls after they promised... after all the heartache and headache that this bank has put me under and i really, really deserve to be accomodated and be given a special interest rate...
