No Response/Feedback for like foreve

I contacted Ludwick in August and left endless messages, did not hear from him till now. Very disappointed in the service and this is my 1st case, so i cannot imagine what there services is like if they cannot even impress on the first contact.
They so eager to phone and sign you up, but when it comes to them delivering they a no show. i would like my money re-imbursed since i paid for nothing.
