False Promises

I took a personal loan from Old Mutual Finance of R5000. It help me out of a tght spot and the service was great. paid it religiously for a couple of months and then had a bit of a problem for one month. Made an arrangement to pay the R652 monthly installment. All was well for 4 months or so until my car blew an engine. I needed cash and fast as I need transport for workPhoned Old Mutual and and Lindiwe Kunene the same person that helped me before assured me that she will be able to help. I jumped through all the hoops they asked me to in record time only to hear back from Lindiwe that because my previous loan was in arrears I was rejected. But she assured me that I do not need to worry and that if I could settle the outstanding amount of R1079 I would be approved This was confirmed by email and via telephone. I then phoned up a family memeber that agreed to help me if I pay them back the money as soon as the loan gets aprroved They took their food money to pay me the amount I needed to settle the account witch I did the very next day 10/08/2013. The next day I struggled to get hold of her and it became obvious that she was avoiding me. At 12 got word that I was declined. Now what
