A refund of R3155.39 was payable back to me within 3 to 5 working dayss which never happened to date. Refrence no: TCCPM121 on the 30/10/2013. The following calls where made again with no success: 31/10, 6/11 ref no: TWCPDCMZA5131-138743352.10906. 7/11 Ref: hornit. With no success
