On 23 October, we got involved in a car accident in Idutywa, former Transkei. The car had to be towed while we had to find our own way back, 500km away. After a very looong silence, yesterday, 6 November I phoned the panelbeaters who told me that no word had come from Miway. Surely I had to phone Miway and spoke to Livhuwani who said the claim had not yet been registered. Lo and behold, Miway did not even know that they had authorised the car be towed to Born Again Panelbeaters, Butterworth. To add insult to injury, they sent me an email titled NAMEDROP to recommend them to my family and friends and I'll be bribed a R1000 per person. Lest they don't get it, I love those people and won't sell their happiness for anything, never mind R1000 per head.
