When i called the call center and got hold of kagiso on a satruday around about 12:30 mind you they close at 13:00 he explained to me all that i needed to do as to the choice of phones that i can choose on according to my cover and i was not awere of that he even sent me phone pictures on email and i made my choice and he called the shop to ask if they do have my selection of phone on stock and for all that to be done in less that 30 minutes for me was an amazing exprience as i have had poor services with the other call center where you are being kept on hold for more that 10 minutes...
