I was in an accident Friday the 11th of October 2013. I called Outsurance to report. Brenda Bunting assisted me. she took the time to listen as i was in shock and couldnt remember all the details of the accident. She was patient and professional. She even went extra mile with phone calls, emails and sms. My car was booked for assessment same day and authorised for repair the following Monday. I was truly amazed at the excellent service Brenda Bunting offered me. Thank you!!
