Bureacracy at its best

I am the trustee of a family trust and surety. Nedbank has seen fit to report that I am the person paying the 2 bond accounts totaling R16000.00 approx. This has affected my creditworthiness. I have received a letter stating that I am NOT responsible and have not been paying for said bonds but the credit agencies require DIRECT correspondence from NEDBANK!! ; something, apparently Nedbank is reluctant to do. So I sit in Limbo awaiting the Great of Banking to intervene.
