I bought a car in April 2012 and was financed through ABSA and bought Top Up insurance through traffic and signed a bulk order for the Top Up to be bulked to my monthly car payments. ABSA failed to do this and had a car accident a month and a half ago an the whole time i was under the impression that i was paying for the Top Up insurance mean time this was never done. I am now sitting with a settlement problem for my car an my Insurance Mutual & Federal have paid their portion on the 25th October 2013 and in order for the Traffic to pay out ABSA needs to let them know the outstanding amount and have done nothing about it.
I find this service from ABSA unprofesional an unacceptable. Nothing can be finalised due to their lack of service.
