Charged for no service rendered

Why is no-body doing anything about this company that is just debiting peoples accounts left right and centre & they don't respond to any of the complaints.
They send threatening invoicing stating that if you don't pay (for no services rendered to you at all) then they will debit your account with your next pay day.
Does this company even exist, I think they a fake company & this is a total. It is the most rediculous company I have every come accross???
