No service from Taxtechniques in roodepoort

I visited Taxtechniques in January to assist me in attending to my SARS queries. I got a call from SARS today asking me when I will pay my account and submit for this year!!!
I have emailed this company in excess of 30 times to find out what my status is and how far they is. Always excuses and I never get a call back. They are pathetic and I would not recommend using them.
And yes. My lawyers will take this further.
