Payment for substitution taking long

I have taken a substitution option with you guys for my car that was whritten off.last week i went to CMH dealer i so the car that i wanted to substitute with and contacted mi- way to make a payment..you guys delayed the payment i dont know for what until the car was taken by another person who made a payment first while i was waiting for you, now i got another car, i sent everything to you but you are still delaying the payment when i call they tell me that Penelope is not in today, so since she is not in no one can make a payment.how on earth do you guys do business.now the delear is saying they keep the car they will sell it to a person who will make a payment first.now i spoke to Nkele, she told me that she will get back to me but i do not have that time, please pay the delear i nee the car, i cant be walking whikle i am paying for a car everymonth.you peole dont know how to do business or your stuf is not well trained.
