My money is not secured at all

I realised that there were debits going through my account that I didn't know of. I went to the branch this afternoon to confirm where my money is going to. I was assisted by this kind lady, she reversed the all the debits that I queried except for one called DJSOLUTION . It still boggles my mind how these unknown people got hold of my account. The other one is SNRMARKET. I asked the consultant for the details of those institutions and she couldn't find both the fone numbers, who they are or what they do. She gave me credit beareau numbers and told me I'm blacklisted, to my surprise credit beareu said I've never been blacklisted and they don't have those institutions on their records. My question is How safe is my money when unknown people debit as they please in my account? I have a feeling this has been going on for a very long time now. Does Capitec allow every Jack and Jill to debit money without confirming with its clients? I'm expecting my salary today and I won't sleep coz I'm thinking I'll wake up the next day only to find my money wiped out by these institutions that are unknown both to me and to the bank that allows them to debit my hard earned salary
