Pro-rata rent not paid

The property registeration took place on the 17/09/2013, Johann sent out an email out, which i cc in it, that person renting did not pay the rent, the tentant emailed Johann the bank deposit receipt of payment. Johann emailed me requesting my banking details which was sent to him. Till today this pro-rata rent amount owing has still not been paid. South Africa beware of this company, makes you wonder how honest these kind of people owning companies that cannot give customer service.
