My previous complaints amount ABSA has reference.

I received a call from Nella indicating that my complaint was misrouted and therefore the delay. The complaint was not even in her area, however she indicated to me that I need to complete the appropriate forms and hand them in at her branch and then she will take it further.

This past Saturday as I entered the Montana branch, I was looking for her and found her to be on the enquiry counter serving customers.

This branch manager is really going the extra mile.

This morning I have -emailed Nella to enquire about the progress and within seconds she responded to my email indicating that the forms was submitted and she is awaiting approval.

It is people like you NELLA that ensures customer retention. WELL DONE and a BIG THANK YOU for going the EXTRA MILE!! Appreciated.
