Account under 'debt review' with no notification

I am so livid with ABSA in fact that's an understatement. My account is under debt review without my knowledge or any record of it at NCR - really not even a courtesy call to advise me there may be some misunderstanding. I am a qualified accountant this is an outrage - not to mention extremely embarrassing when your purchase is rejected with 'DO NOT HAND OVER GOODS'??? There is no paperwork according to the call centre so who exactly authorised this? It will take 3-5 days to lift really for an unauthorised block - how is that my problem? I was even patronised and asked if I am sure I did not place myself under debt review - sure I did and then willingly hand my cards over to pay and be embarrassed - seriously I would know! Way to go ABSA this is one customer you will never satisfy again. Not to mention this happened on the 30th October we are now in November there is no paperwork and still I have to follow up, hold for ages and be patronised.
