Still waiting for Documents - 7 months have passed

It has been 7 months and I have not received any documentation after several requests made to the consultant that sold me the plan - Makhosazane Mtshali. The service of this consultant and your company is pathetic and I regret entering into a contract with you. It is surprising that the debit order goes off conveniently on a monthly basis without fail but you fail to act in a professional manner. Companies like liquid capital should be liquidated - Amen.
