Still waiting

I emailed nedbank on the 26th of October to query why the loan that i have with them says its a personal but was never paid to me. i applied for car finance @ least that's what the consultant told me when i applied. when i had a query i was told that its not a car finance but a personal loan. i then wrote an email asking why the personal loan was paid into some other account that doesn't belong to me & since the 26th am still waiting. am not sure if this is rocket science or what's taking them this long to answer.
