Steve ad - where is my bank card? 570 kms away!

Hi,

Between FNB Springbok and CC Division they are not living up to their motto - how can we help you? I have phoned both and both have been utterly unhelpful. All I want is my bank cards (like they have set it up and have been doing for the last 15 years) to come the same FNB branch requested by me (not Springbok!) and again ensure that they stop sending the cards to Springbok... Now I got a letter to say my card is at Springbok branch. It is 570 kms from me. Sounds just like the Steve ad. How ironic is that?

I want FNB to contact me, I am tired of phoning and holding on. Spoke to 6 different people after phoning 3 times to Springbok. En ja ek het Afrikaans gepraat om dit nog makliker te maak (of so het ek gedink)
