WRONGFULLY BILLED!!

Good day

I received an sms about three months ago that i need to submit proof that my vehicle is comprehensively insured or there will be additional charges to my account.

I submitted this to [Email Removed] and received an out of office reply saying that my account will be adjusted or someone will contact me within 72 hours.

NO ONE CONTACTED ME so I assumed that everything was in order.

However, there was an additional deduction of R304.29 on 30/09/2013 and again R304.29 on 30/10/2013. (Total of R608.58)

I again sent the proof through but still, no one has bothered to contact me!

I also just want to add that I could not take ownership of my vehicle when I initially financed it, if I did not provide proof of insurance, so this is really something I do not understand...

It is unnecessary admin and I am not happy with the situation at all.

PLEASE PLEASE adjust my account and refund the R608.58 back to me?
