Incedental credit fee

I'd like for someone @ fnb bank to contact me & explain to me why they keep on charging me this stupid incidental credit fee of which I don't understand coz I haven't taken an atm loan with them nor have I went over my withdrawal limit!!! If know one contacts me within 24 hrs I'm moving my account else where I won't be ripped off, coz this isn't on being charged stupid credit fees all the time of I don't understand why I'm being charged such
