I had the best experience with customer services at Outsurance when i was actually going through the worst possible incident.

On Thursday, October 31st, my father had been in a car accident. He was literally pulling away at a green robot when a very irresponsible young man tried to overtake the Golden Arrow bus and with him doing so, he crashed into my father full frontal.

The person in the vehicle with my father got injured and had to be taken to hospital. This is not anything any person would want to go through... but Claudia assisted me and kept me calm throughout the whole incident and until the towing company arrived on scene.

WIsh i could say the same thing about our "wonderful" police officers, unfortunately not!!!

Keep up the awesome work you do, Claudia & Jane-Marie. We appreciate what you do!!!
