ITC and ITC BA
PROBLEM NOT SORTED OUT

I refer to an email dated 20/09/2012, we had agreed on a settlement amount which we paid to settle the account with Ampath.
We are now being harassed by Ampath once again about the same account saying there is an amount due still. The account they are referring to is from 22/05/2009.
They have now handed it to Lexmed.
Bottom line, ITCBA never sorted the issue out as agreed. Ampath are even worse.
