Hello Peter,
I ordered a BlackBerry in November 2012 through the FNB website. The device was delivered but faulty, it was collected in December 2012 back to FNB but my account is still charged. I consider this as FNB is debiting my account after one of their employee confirmed that my account will not be debited.
I am taking this up and will go the legal rout if FNB does not resolve this issue as soon as possible.
