How many people and times must I ask???

I've been with FNB for about 3, 5 years now. I had 2 personal loan with FNB, the one was paid off more than 2 years ago and the other almost 4 months that still reflects with FNB and on my credit record as an active loan and expense. I have spoken to branch mangers, to consultants and phone consultants requesting time and time again to please have it closed and taken off my credit record and I am still waiting for ONE of them to full fill their promise as all of them has assured that it will be dealt with.
