Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Hi i recently had on my account and havent received any feedback with regards to why did this happen. the bank gave me a temporary card, when i go to fetch the new card i advised the lady at the counter that please set my updates on and update my number on the system on my entire profile. transactions go off my account but no sms notifications were received! how on earth will i know if is happening again on my account if i dont get sms notifications!!! thats why i asked for the service. and to top it off, i log onto internet banking and cant make payments or change any settings, because it asks me for a one time password. only to realise that the number they have has not been updated!!! this is not the first time im having issues with std bank, this is like an on going thing.
